Molecular Wellness Group LLC, operating as Prime Longevity Protocol and Body Blueprint, is committed to delivering high-quality, personalized coaching services to every client. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any program or service.

No Results Guarantee

While we are deeply committed to your progress and work hard to deliver an exceptional coaching experience, we do not guarantee specific results. Individual outcomes vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, client adherence, lifestyle, and individual physiology.

Refund Eligibility,

We do not offer refunds solely on the basis of dissatisfaction with results. However, refund requests will be considered under the following circumstances:

You believe our service was materially misrepresented to you at the time of purchase. If you feel the program you received does not reflect what was described during your consultation and onboarding process, you may submit a refund request for review.
A medical condition prevents you from continuing your program. If a qualifying medical condition arises that makes continued participation in your program impossible, you are entitled to one of the following options at your discretion: a full refund, a cancellation of your remaining plan, or an extension of your program duration to accommodate your recovery.

Service Credits

In circumstances that do not meet the full refund criteria above, we may, at our discretion, offer credits toward future services as a resolution. Credit eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Please include your name, the program you enrolled in, the date of purchase, and a brief description of your concern. We are committed to responding to all requests in a timely and respectful manner.
