REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Molecular Wellness Group LLC, operating as Prime Longevity Protocol (“Prime Longevity Protocol,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides personalized fitness, nutrition, performance, and lifestyle coaching services. Please review this policy before purchasing a service or coaching package.

PERSONALIZED SERVICES

Our services may involve customized assessments, written plans, fitness programming, meal-planning guidance, scheduled coaching sessions, and reserved coaching availability. Refund eligibility therefore depends on whether work or service delivery has begun.

CANCELLATION BEFORE SERVICE BEGINS

A client may request cancellation and a full refund before we begin providing the purchased service or creating a customized deliverable.

Service delivery begins when any of the following occurs:

• A scheduled coaching session takes place
• We begin reviewing a completed client intake
• We begin creating a customized assessment, plan, program, or other deliverable
• The agreed service-start date arrives
• Messaging access or another purchased coaching benefit is activated

AFTER SERVICE DELIVERY BEGINS

Once service delivery or customized work has begun, payments for completed work, delivered materials, attended sessions, reserved coaching time, and services already made available are nonrefundable.

For multi-service or multi-month packages, a client may request cancellation of future unused services. Any partial refund or service credit for an unused portion will be reviewed individually based on the services already delivered, customized work completed, coaching access provided, and costs incurred. Approval is not guaranteed.

RESULTS

Refunds are not provided solely because a client is dissatisfied with progress or results. Individual outcomes vary and depend on factors including participation, consistency, lifestyle, adherence, and circumstances outside our control. No specific fitness, nutrition, weight-loss, health, or performance result is guaranteed.

MATERIALLY MISREPRESENTED SERVICES

If a client reasonably believes that a purchased service was materially different from its written description, the client should contact us within seven calendar days after the service or deliverable was provided. We will review the concern and may offer an appropriate correction, replacement service, service credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.

COACHING-SESSION CANCELLATIONS

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled coaching session.

Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled, subject to availability. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed sessions, may be treated as delivered and forfeited. We may make reasonable exceptions for emergencies at our discretion.

If Prime Longevity Protocol must cancel a scheduled session, the client may reschedule it without penalty.

SERVICE CREDITS

When a monetary refund is unavailable or inappropriate, we may offer a credit toward future Prime Longevity Protocol coaching services. Service credits are issued at our discretion, have no cash value, and are not transferable unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST

Refund, cancellation, rescheduling, or service-credit requests must be submitted in writing to:

Include:

• Your full name
• The service or package purchased
• The purchase date
• The scheduled session or service-start date, if applicable
• A brief explanation of the request

Do not submit medical records, laboratory results, prescription information, or other sensitive health information. Such documentation is not required for us to review a request.

We generally respond within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time required for the credit to appear depends on the payment processor and the client’s financial institution.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Prime Longevity Protocol coaching purchases do not include physical products. This policy applies only to the coaching services described  on primelongevityprotocol.com.

POLICY CHANGES

We may update this policy periodically. The version in effect on the purchase date will ordinarily apply to that purchase, unless a later change is required by law or is more favorable to the client.
