These Terms and Conditions govern access to primelongevityprotocol.com and the purchase of coaching services from Molecular Wellness Group LLC, operating as Prime Longevity Protocol. By purchasing a service, submitting an enrollment request, or participating in a Prime Longevity Protocol coaching program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.

Prime Longevity Protocol provides educational fitness, nutrition, performance, accountability, and lifestyle coaching. Services may include coaching assessments, meal-planning guidance, fitness programming, individual consultations, coaching support, habit and scheduling modules, and multi-service packages.

Our services do not include physical products, medical evaluation, diagnosis or treatment, medical nutrition therapy, physical therapy, mental-health treatment, laboratory interpretation, prescriptions, medication review, supplement prescribing, individualized dosing, or emergency healthcare. Clients should consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional when necessary.s.

Clients must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of agreeing. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their goals, experience, schedule, preferences, equipment, and relevant limitations.

Participation is voluntary. Clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional clearance when necessary, using reasonable judgment, exercising within their abilities, maintaining a safe exercise environment, attending scheduled sessions, and communicating relevant limitations or scheduling conflicts. Clients should stop an activity and seek appropriate professional assistance if they experience pain, illness, injury, or another concerning symptom.

To enroll, a prospective client contacts Prime Longevity Protocol regarding the desired service or package. We confirm availability, service details, and the proposed start date before providing a secure Stripe payment link.

All prices displayed on primelongevityprotocol.com are in United States dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Payment is due according to the applicable Stripe payment page or invoice. By submitting payment, the client authorizes the stated one-time charge.

Services advertised on this website do not renew automatically. Additional services or coaching periods require a separate purchase unless different terms are expressly agreed to in writing. Stripe processes payment information under its own terms and privacy practices. Prime Longevity Protocol does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers through Stripe Checkout.

Service delivery begins when a scheduled coaching session takes place, we begin reviewing a completed intake, we begin creating a customized deliverable, the agreed service-start date arrives, or purchased coaching access is activated. Estimated delivery times begin after all required intake information is received. Client delays may delay delivery and do not automatically extend a fixed service period.

The Executive Essentials Coaching Four-Month Package is a one-time purchase combining the nine services identified in its website description. It begins with one month of standard coaching support followed by a 90-day VIP coaching engagement. It does not renew automatically. Physical products, supplements, medications, laboratory services, and healthcare services are not included.

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled, subject to availability.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed sessions, may be treated as delivered and forfeited. We may make reasonable exceptions for emergencies at our discretion. If Prime Longevity Protocol must cancel a session, the client may reschedule it without penalty.

Purchases are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy available on primelongevityprotocol.com. A client may request a full refund before service delivery or customized work begins. Completed services, delivered materials, attended sessions, reserved coaching time, and customized work already performed are nonrefundable.

Requests concerning unused portions of multi-service or multi-month packages are reviewed individually. Dissatisfaction with results alone does not establish refund eligibility. Submit concerns about a materially misrepresented service within seven calendar days after delivery. The complete Refund and Cancellation Policy controls if there is any inconsistency with this summary.

Coaching communications may occur through email, telephone, video conference, website forms, or a client coaching application. Response times are estimates and generally apply during normal business days. Messaging support is not continuously monitored and must not be used for emergencies or urgent medical concerns.

Our website and services may rely on third-party providers, including GoDaddy, Stripe, video-conferencing platforms, email providers, and coaching-application providers. Those services may be governed by separate terSeparate terms and privacy policies may govern those servicesms and privacy policies. We will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative when a third-party interruption affects a scheduled service.

Website content, coaching materials, written plans, videos, worksheets, program structures, branding, and other materials provided by Prime Longevity Protocol are owned by or licensed to Molecular Wellness Group LLC. Clients receive a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use purchased materials for their own personal purposes.

Clients may not reproduce, resell, publish, distribute, commercially exploit, or misrepresent our services or materials without written permission. Clients may not use the website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes; harass staff or clients; attempt unauthorized access; submit malicious content; or represent Prime Longevity Protocol coaching as licensed medical care.

Individual results vary. Prime Longevity Protocol does not guarantee any specific fitness, nutrition, weight-loss, health, appearance, performance, income, or lifestyle outcome. Progress depends on factors including participation, consistency, adherence, lifestyle, starting point, and circumstances outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prime Longevity Protocol and Molecular Wellness Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or coaching services. Total liability relating to a purchased service will not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim, except where a different limitation is required by law.

Our collection and use of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy available on primelongevityprotocol.com. Clients should not submit medical records, laboratory results, prescription information, financial-account information, or other unnecessary sensitive information through website forms or ordinary email.

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and available. We may correct errors, update descriptions, revise prices, or modify website content. A website change does not retroactively alter the material terms of a completed purchase unless the client agrees or the change is required by law.

We may update these Terms periodically. The version in effect on the purchase date will ordinarily govern that purchase unless a later change is required by law or is more favorable to the client. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.
